Email Marketing Intern

We are recruiting an Email Marketing Intern on behalf of a client based in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. Male candidates are encouraged to apply as part of efforts to promote gender balance.

Location: Kikuyu, Kiambu County
Stipend: KES 14,000 per month
Work Requirement: Must live in Kikuyu or the surrounding areas
Work Arrangement: Full-time, office-based

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and promotional email campaigns to prospective clients using supplied contact lists.

• Respond to incoming email enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential clients as required.

• Maintain accurate records of emails sent, responses received, and client interactions.

• Assist the team in developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.

• Ensure all written communication is professional and consistent with the company’s brand.

• Help organise, maintain, and update email databases and contact lists.

• Collaborate with team members to improve the effectiveness of email outreach activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of professional email etiquette and strong attention to detail.

• Good organisational and time-management abilities.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email platforms.

• Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.

• Willingness to work full-time from the office.
