As a Wireline Field Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to support the successful delivery of customer projects. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve products, processes and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assess solutions to moderately complex problems encountered at the wellsite.

• Supervise and support the training of junior engineers and other personnel.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities within the assigned district.

• Coordinate with the drilling crew at the worksite to ensure operations are properly aligned with the rig or production facility.

• Provide the Customer Representative with records of all assemblies used during operations.

• Advise the Customer Representative during logging and completion activities.

• Interpret logging data, troubleshoot operational issues and conduct wellsite analysis.

• Supervise equipment at both the wellsite and workshop to ensure effective delivery of logging and completion services.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Applied Science.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Thorough knowledge and practical competence in oilfield wireline operations and services, including TCP.

• Ability to identify suitable products and services for applications ranging from simple to complex.

• Strong ability to work effectively and communicate with both internal and external customers.
