Salary:
Gross monthly salary of KES 150,000 – KES 180,000, depending on experience.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced, organised, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. The successful candidate should have at least five years of senior administrative experience and be capable of managing demanding schedules, sensitive communications, and confidential information in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, prioritise appointments, coordinate meetings, and address scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Organise complete travel arrangements for executives, including itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and meeting schedules.
Prepare, proofread, and review executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and sensitive documentation.
Act as a key communication link between senior executives, board members, clients, and internal departments.
Coordinate special assignments, executive committee meetings, organisational functions, and other leadership initiatives from planning through completion.
Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Ensure executives have the necessary information, documents, and schedules required for meetings and important engagements.
Requirements
At least 5–7 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative position supporting C-suite executives or senior directors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of Islamic cultural practices, executive etiquette, and appropriate community engagement protocols.
Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Experience with calendar management applications and document control systems.
Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with complete discretion.
