Key Responsibilities

Process supplier and service provider invoices promptly to facilitate timely payments.
Assist in preparing and processing employee payments, including salaries, per diem allowances, and field-related reimbursements.
Record, monitor, and reconcile staff accountabilities while ensuring they are cleared within the required timelines.
Prepare and distribute daily bank statements accurately to support financial reporting and cash management.
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and preparation of financial records.
Assist with internal and external audit assignments by providing the required documentation and financial information.
Carry out other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Applicants should possess:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related discipline.
CPA qualification with at least Section II or III completed, or be actively pursuing ACCA certification.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and develop within the finance function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members.
