Position Overview
This opportunity offers recent graduates and early-career professionals the chance to join the Customer Unit East & North Africa (CU ENA) Business Control team. The role focuses on supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management while working closely with finance professionals and business stakeholders. Successful candidates will contribute to transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting activities.
Prepare management reports and conduct business performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to the development of business cases, financial simulations, and scenario analyses.
Support reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring to enhance business insights.
Participate in automation, process improvement, and innovation initiatives that strengthen financial operations.
Assist with period-end financial closing activities and performance review processes.
Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders across the Customer Unit to achieve shared objectives.
Provide support during internal and external audit engagements when required.
Analyse financial and operational data to generate insights that improve business performance and support decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in financial performance management, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international working environment.
Passion for using data and analytical insights to support business success.
Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
