Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units, tenants, property asset management teams, and external clients to position Finance as a strategic business partner.

• Support informed business decision-making by providing financial insights and commercial guidance.

• Oversee and manage all financial activities relating to the assigned client property portfolio.

• Develop and enhance financial reporting systems that meet the requirements of property owners and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or property finance.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.

• Advanced financial analysis, reporting, and business planning capabilities.

• Ability to prepare accurate financial calculations and interpret financial data effectively.

Knowledge Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Knowledge of capital expenditure management and budgeting processes.

• Experience in contract management, including lease and supplier administration.

• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements affecting finance operations.

• Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), taxation, and financial reporting standards.
