Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or another related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as CPA (K), ACCA, or CIMA (K) is mandatory.
A minimum of five years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of Kenyan tax legislation, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, financial management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and lead high-performing teams.

Provide leadership and oversight for the organization's financial management, planning, reporting, and accounting functions.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports to support informed business decisions.
Ensure full compliance with Kenyan tax regulations, statutory obligations, and relevant financial reporting standards.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to maintain the organization's financial stability.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth.
Provide financial analysis and strategic insights that support organizational planning, business expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
