Duties and responsibilities
Support the Regional Finance Manager in keeping track of financial performance, making sure everything follows the rules, and checking how well controls are working in the country offices of the region.

Look at financial data, key performance metrics, and management reports to find risks, trends, unusual situations, and areas that need management's focus.

Help carry out regional finance oversight plans and monitoring activities.

Help assess how well country offices are following the organization’s finance policies, procedures, Delegation of Authority (DoA), and internal control standards.

Support the monitoring of how country offices are implementing finance projects, policy updates, and the organization’s main goals.


Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Audit, or a related field.

A professional accounting or audit qualification is a plus (such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CIA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent).

At least 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, internal controls, risk management, or financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance frameworks, risk management, and governance principles.

Experience in supporting audits, compliance checks, financial monitoring, or assurance-related tasks.
