The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's financial operations to ensure effective financial management, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role provides strategic financial leadership by managing budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, cash flow, internal controls, taxation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership and Management
The Finance Manager will provide overall leadership for the finance department.
