Perform daily reconciliation of cash collections across riders, branches, and various payment channels
Monitor, verify, and track rider payments, ensuring timely remittance of all collected funds
Follow up with riders and branch teams regarding outstanding balances, discrepancies, and compliance issues
Support the calculation and processing of rider payouts and delivery-related payments
Prepare accurate daily and weekly reconciliation reports as well as other finance-related summaries
Ensure compliance with established cash handling and operational finance procedures across all branches
Identify financial discrepancies, leakages, or process inefficiencies and escalate where necessary
Assist finance and operations teams during audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
Validate operational data against platform reports and internal financial systems for accuracy

1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, audit, or a related field
Prior experience in reconciliation or audit functions is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail with a high sense of accountability and ownership
Comfortable working with large datasets and operational reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience in logistics, delivery services, retail, FMCG, or restaurant operations is an added advantage
