Role Overview

The Meal Portioning & Dispatch Assistant is responsible for preparing and portioning customer meals using Calo’s technology and processes. The role ensures that orders are accurately prepared, properly packaged, and ready for dispatch within the required delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately portion meal components according to each customer’s specific order before scheduled deliveries.

• Coordinate effectively with delivery drivers and the Customer Experience team to support a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

• Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and work area.

• Handle and implement last-minute order changes while maintaining the required standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in food industry dispatch operations, preferably within a fast-food environment.

• Strong understanding and commitment to maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards.

• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of food safety practices is an added advantage.

• Must currently be based in the UAE.
