Detect construction and installation issues promptly and coordinate appropriate corrective actions to maintain project quality and timelines.
Supervise site personnel and manage the sequencing of timber installation activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Uphold exceptional standards of craftsmanship, precision, detailing, and overall finish quality throughout the project.
Coordinate daily site operations, monitor work progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection logs, and photographic documentation of project activities.

Construction of timber decks and other outdoor timber installations exposed to environmental conditions.
Timber cladding installation and finishing works.
Erection of external timber structures and architectural timber features.
On-site installation and finishing of high-quality timber elements for commercial or residential projects.
Please note: Experience limited to workshop-based furniture production, joinery, or cabinetry without substantial on-site building construction experience may not adequately meet the requirements of this position.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to interpret and work from architectural, engineering, and structural drawings.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising construction teams and coordinating site activities.
Strong focus on quality control, accuracy, and attention to detail.
NCA Artisan Accreditation or Site Supervisor certification will be considered an added advantage.
