Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote the school's vision, values, and ethos in accordance with the guidance of the Directors and the Principal.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and address the diverse learning needs of students.

• Differentiate instruction and learning activities to support students with varying abilities and learning styles.

• Establish clear learning objectives and performance targets based on students' prior achievement.

• Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

• Assess, monitor, record, and report students' academic progress using both formative and summative assessment methods.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, performance, and development.

• Prepare and communicate regular progress reports to parents and guardians.

• Promote positive student behaviour and maintain discipline in line with the school's behaviour management policies.

• Collaborate effectively with teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, and school leadership to enhance student outcomes.

• Support the implementation of school policies, procedures, and educational initiatives.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development programs, curriculum planning sessions, and school events.

• Supervise and provide guidance to classroom support staff where applicable.

• Participate in co-curricular, extracurricular, and out-of-school activities as required.
