Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Front Office Supervisor to take charge of the front desk operations and make sure guests receive top-quality service.
This role also involves helping and guiding the reception team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of the front office and ensure guests are treated well.
- Handle guest accounts, billing, and prepare front office reports.
- Keep track of room availability and help improve revenue.
- Deal with guest complaints in a professional manner and maintain high service standards.
- Create staff schedules and support training and performance management for the team.
- Work with other departments to provide a smooth and pleasant experience for guests.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the front office, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Familiarity with a hotel property management system (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
