About the Role

Take ownership of building and maintaining user-facing digital products and internal dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the UI/UX Designer and Backend Developer to deliver responsive, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces that enhance staff efficiency and improve stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff-facing dashboards and internal portals

• Build and support a frontend component library and style guide

• Create responsive, public-facing web interfaces

• Conduct integration testing and produce browser compatibility reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• 4+ years of frontend development experience building production-level applications

• Strong expertise in React.js (Next.js experience is mandatory)

• At least 3+ years working with React.js, including component library development

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience using TypeScript in production environments

• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs and third-party services

• Experience translating Figma or Adobe XD designs into functional interfaces

• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards

• Portfolio showcasing responsive, accessible, and production-deployed web applications

Nice to Have

• Certification in React or JavaScript (e.g., Meta, freeCodeCamp, or equivalent)

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is an advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) portals is an added advantage
