About the Role

This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing the backend infrastructure that supports the organization’s digital platforms. The developer will be responsible for leading server-side development, managing API integrations, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The position ensures that system integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows are secure, scalable, and highly reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimization of Dynamics 365 backend systems and automation workflows

• Development and management of API integrations with internal and external business systems

• Preparation and maintenance of system performance reports and technical logs

• Documentation of backend systems, architecture, and integration processes

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of backend development experience in production environments

• Minimum 5+ years of backend development experience using Python (Django or FastAPI is mandatory)

• At least 2+ years of experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and working with RESTful API integrations

• Strong practical experience with Dynamics 365 customization and Power Automate

• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Azure or AWS cloud platforms

• Strong portfolio demonstrating RESTful API design and system integration work

• Solid experience working with PostgreSQL and SQL Server in production environments

• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM discipline

Nice to Have

• Master’s or postgraduate qualification in Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or Data Engineering

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect

• Additional certification in Python or Django development is an advantage
