QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Academic Background: A postgraduate qualification in Economics, Applied Economics, PPE, Public Policy, International Development, Development Studies, Business Science/Accounting, Health Economics, or another relevant quantitative or social science field is strongly preferred.
Analytical and Quantitative Ability: Strong capability in working with, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information. Familiarity with tools such as Stata, R, Python, or Excel is an advantage.
Digital and AI Skills: Interest in and willingness to use contemporary AI platforms, including tools such as Gemini and Claude, to improve research processes and workflow efficiency.
Communication Skills: Excellent English writing, communication, and storytelling abilities. Professional-level French or Portuguese is highly desirable to support the firm's regional project expansion.
