Position Overview
The Graduate – Sales Administration will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team by coordinating order processing, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining sales documentation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in sales operations within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Management
Process customer sales orders accurately and ensure all order details are complete before submission.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment and product delivery.
Monitor the progress of customer orders and resolve processing issues where necessary.
Customer Service
Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and general sales support.
Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Maintain positive customer relationships by delivering timely and effective support.
Sales Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Support the implementation of sales activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and sales procedures.
Administrative Support
Coordinate material requests for meetings, product demonstrations, customer sampling, and other sales activities.
Monitor office supplies and administrative resources required by the Sales department.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes, procedures, and operational records.
Inventory and Reporting
Track inventory availability and coordinate replenishment activities with relevant departments.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within the last twelve months) of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or sales management tools will be an added advantage.

Experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Position Overview
The Graduate – Sales Export Administrator will support export operations by coordinating documentation, monitoring international shipments, maintaining logistics data, and assisting in the continuous improvement of export processes.

Prepare, review, and organize export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Maintain accurate records for export transactions and supporting documentation.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools will be an added advantage.
