We are not hiring graduate trainees.We are searching for our next leaders.
The traditional graduate trainee programme was made for a different time.
Today, just having a degree isn't enough.We want people who think differently, learn quickly, solve problems in new ways, and are ready to challenge the way things are done.
At Andersen, we're opening our doors to a small group of graduate trainees.
This isn't about making coffee or just sitting back.
From the first day, you'll be working with some of the top professionals in tax, legal, and accounting advisory services.You'll be expected to contribute, ask tough questions, and add value.
The programme will last for six months.
By the end of those six months, those who show outstanding thinking, initiative, resilience, and the ability to deliver results will have the chance to join Andersen permanently.
We aren't looking for the best CV.

Key Responsibilities
Help with tax compliance and preparing client documents.
Support the team with legal research and report writing.
Contribute to accounting tasks like reconciliations and financial analysis.
Take part in client meetings and help create proposals and presentations.
Work on projects that use AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Candidate Profile
Currently studying or have recently completed studies in Accounting, Tax, Law, or similar fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Interest in using technology and innovation in professional services.
