Graphic Designer – Fresh Graduate

Job Overview

Our client operates in the Online Printing and Branding Solutions industry and is seeking a creative fresh graduate to join the team as a Graphic Designer.

This position offers an opportunity for a newly qualified designer to gain practical workplace experience while contributing to real client branding, printing, and visual communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce artwork for both printed products and online platforms according to the needs of each project.

• Create visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, posters, flyers, promotional materials, and other branding requirements.

• Turn client instructions and briefs into suitable visual concepts and design ideas.

• Adjust completed artwork to fit different sizes, platforms, printing requirements, and digital formats.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas to the creative process.

• Review and modify artwork when feedback or corrections are provided.

• Check completed designs carefully before they are submitted for approval or production.

• Follow developments in graphic design, branding, digital media, and social media to keep creative work relevant.

Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related course.

• Strong creative ability and an understanding of colour selection, typography, spacing, layout, and visual balance.

• Ability to work with design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.

• A portfolio showing academic assignments, personal projects, freelance work, or other examples of design ability.

• Open to learning new techniques and improving through professional feedback.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail when preparing and reviewing artwork.

• Ability to organize several assignments and complete them within agreed deadlines.

• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute ideas to different creative projects.
