About the Role
Artcaffé is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help create visual content for our Restaurant, Market, and Gastro Bar concepts.
This is an entry-level role ideal for a designer who is comfortable working with both digital and print materials and knows how to use modern AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising quality.You will be creating a wide range of content, from social media posts and in-store signs to packaging and campaign materials, while working closely with the marketing and CRM teams to support brand and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visuals for digital platforms (social media, email, websites) and print (signage, packaging, menus, promotional items)
- Convert brand guidelines into consistent, on-brand visuals for all three Artcaffé concepts
- Use AI design tools to enhance idea generation, create variations, and streamline production processes
- Work with the marketing, CRM, and external agencies on campaign development and execution
- Prepare files ready for print and manage production specifications for vendors and printers

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) for both brainstorming and production
- Basic understanding of print production essentials (bleed, color profiles, file preparation)
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to accept feedback
