Role Summary
The Graphic Designer is in charge of creating and setting design guidelines to help improve and keep up websites, apps, and social media platforms.
They also support online graphic design, flash animation, and other digital creative needs using tools like HTML.

Responsibilities
- Create and design promotional materials to meet the visual communication needs of websites, apps, and social media platforms
- Develop graphic designs that can be used across different advertising channels
- Come up with ideas, graphics, and layouts for product visuals, company logos, and websites
- Design and present sample layouts based on layout rules and good design sense
- Make sure all artwork follows supplier guidelines and specifications
- Monitor advertising and digital campaigns, as well as competitor activities, to stay updated and respond appropriately
- Work with the Onsite Marketing and Creative team, as well as the Graphic Design team, on major campaigns, applying best practices, new product features, and campaign improvements
- Follow all company procedures and instructions to ensure work is done in a controlled and consistent way

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the retail industry
- Experience using Adobe software
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
