Job Description

The Guest Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service throughout the entire stay. The role involves managing guest arrivals, departures, requests, and general front desk needs while consistently following established hotel standards and working to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures professionally and efficiently while following hotel policies and service standards.

• Assist guests with inquiries, room keys, and other front desk-related requirements.

• Welcome every guest in a friendly and professional manner and help create a comfortable and memorable stay.

• Provide personalized assistance and attentive service throughout the guest journey.

• Personally welcome and escort guests to their destinations whenever required instead of simply giving directions.

• Ensure all interactions with guests reflect the hotel's commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Vocational Hospitality, Rooms Division, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, depending on educational qualifications and previous career experience.
