Now, here's what we're looking for from you:

A degree in Business Management or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in the logistics industry
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management or Value Added Services
Experience in a management role
In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry, particularly in road freight and forwarding, with a clear understanding of products and value-added services
Proven track record in a senior management position, with specific experience in selling to major global clients
Commercial awareness, experience, and a customer-centric approach to designing cross-product solutions
Ability to innovate and implement new ideas
Strong strategic thinking skills
Excellent knowledge of countries and regions for cross-border routes
Commercially savvy with strong business judgment
Presentation and facilitation skills, along with excellent training abilities
Market intelligence, outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Project management and people management skills
Strong customer-facing and interaction abilities
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Strong leadership capabilities
Systematic problem-solving approach.
