Key Duties and Responsibilities
Help with hiring by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and keeping in touch with job applicants.
Support new employees by organizing paperwork, arranging welcome sessions, and keeping track of onboarding tasks.
Keep employee records up to date and ensure that all information is kept private and accurate.
Help create employment letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
Arrange training programs and keep records of employee training.
Track leave time, attendance, and other HR-related data as needed.
Do other administrative tasks or projects as directed by the HR team.
Attention to detail is important.
Qualifications and Requirements
Have recently finished a Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Show a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Be skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Key Competencies
Good at organizing administrative work
Strong in communication and coordination
Maintain confidentiality and show professionalism
Ability to spot problems and report them when needed
