Your role will include:
Developing HR strategies that support our business goals.
Leading talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Driving performance management, learning, and staff development.
Overseeing payroll, HR administration, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
Building a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce across our branches.
