About the Role

The Associate Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is a position that focuses on making sure HR activities support the company's bigger goals in the area they are responsible for.
The person in this role will work as a trusted advisor to team leaders, helping them with any issues related to people in their area.They will also be in charge of making sure HR plans are shared and followed throughout the business, including managing talent, evaluating performance, and keeping employees engaged.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required.
You should also be a member of a recognized professional organization like IHRM or a similar group.

Knowledge, Experience and Competences

You need at least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a generalist in human resources.
You should have a lot of experience in HR operations and handling employee relations.You must be able to connect HR plans with the company's goals.
You should also know the labor laws in Kenya.
You should be comfortable using HR software and be able to work well with technology.
You should be a good team player who can work well with people from different backgrounds and departments.
You need to be passionate about the company’s mission and values.
You should be willing to work with others, stay positive, and be able to work across departments.
You need strong skills in analyzing, writing, and leading, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines.
You should be organized, have good administrative skills, and be able to manage your time and priorities effectively.
You must be sensitive and keep information confidential when dealing with both internal and external people.
