Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Facilitate employee orientation and induction programmes to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Support the implementation of performance management systems, including employee appraisals and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal Human Resource policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and other management reports to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate staff training, learning, and professional development programmes.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace engagement initiatives.
Support disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans in accordance with organizational policies and employment legislation.
Assist with payroll preparation, statutory deductions, and compliance with relevant employment regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of professional Human Resource experience.
Previous experience in Human Resource consulting will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) qualification is mandatory.
Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
