Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for HR issues related to the Employer of Record (EOR).
Be the expert and main contact between IEEFA and the EOR.
Act as a trusted advisor for HR-related matters such as employee questions, policy interpretations, concerns, and resolving conflicts.
Refer more complex or sensitive issues to the HR Director.
Work with the HR Director to plan and carry out IEEFA’s HR strategy and projects.
Help analyze workforce trends and data to support better decisions and ongoing improvements.
Lead complex hiring processes.
Create detailed recruitment plans to ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Write official HR documents, including employment contracts.
Organize onboarding sessions and create other HR training programs.
Keep employee records accurate in IEEFA’s databases.
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Have at least 7 years of increasing HR experience, with at least 2 years supporting leaders and employees.
Have experience managing a team that works from different locations.
Be committed to IEEFA’s mission to help move toward a diverse, sustainable, and profitable economy.
Preferred Qualifications
Have previous experience working for an NGO or non-profit organization.
Have experience using AI tools for HR analytics.
Hold a certification such as HRCI or SHRM Certified Professional or an equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary is USD $78,924 to $95,244, or the local equivalent based on currency and cost of living.
Benefits and holidays vary depending on the country of residence.All employees get a one-time allowance for setting up a home office, a monthly stipend for a phone and internet, optional support for co-working spaces, and at least 20 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave.
Work Schedule
Remote and full-time.
Because of the need to work with international teams, the schedule will include some early mornings or late evenings, with time off to make up for it to accommodate meetings in different time zones.
Travel
Travel is not usually required for this role.
However, global team members may attend IEEFA’s conferences and international team retreats when scheduled.
