Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or another related business discipline from a recognized institution.
Certified Human Resource Professional – Kenya (CHRP-K) qualification is mandatory.
Must be an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
A minimum of five years of progressive Human Resource experience, including at least three years focused on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.

Sound knowledge of contemporary Human Resource practices, policies, and emerging workforce trends.
Demonstrated understanding of organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee development, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment and labour legislation, including statutory compliance requirements.
Familiarity with healthcare or hospital management processes will be considered an added advantage.
Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret information from multiple sources to support informed decision-making.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution abilities.
Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by effective interpersonal abilities.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Strong execution, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering timely and measurable results.
