The Human Resources Director serves as a strategic member of the Executive Committee, providing leadership in the development and execution of the Bank's human capital strategy. The role is responsible for aligning people management initiatives with the Bank's corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management framework while fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening talent capabilities, and driving operational excellence across all human resource functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), General Management, or a comparable field.

• Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management or another relevant Human Resource qualification.

• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification or an equivalent professional certification.

• Certification as an Executive Coach will be considered an added advantage.

• Professional certification in Mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution will be an added advantage.

• Additional qualifications in Labour Relations or Employment Law will be highly desirable.

• A minimum of ten years of progressive Human Resource experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership or management role.

• Must be a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and possess a valid practicing certificate.
