Human Resource Business Partner
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Human Resource Business Partner will oversee the delivery of human resource services across Kenbright Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries.
The role combines strategic HR leadership with practical responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will contribute to people policies, workforce planning and organizational development while ensuring effective implementation of HR processes.
The position will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing internal staff communications and serving as the Company’s focal point for occupational health and safety. The HR Business Partner will maintain the Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual and ensure that the organization’s people practices remain compliant with all relevant legislation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, CHRP or an equivalent professional qualification.
Current membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a valid practicing certificate.
A minimum of six (6) years of progressive human resources experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
