Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and people-focused Human Resources Officer to support the smooth running of HR operations and create a positive colleague experience. The successful candidate will bring strong organization, creativity, and a people-first approach to the role.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring new colleagues receive a welcoming and supportive introduction to the organization.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and other HR documentation.
Monitor and administer attendance in accordance with company policies and applicable local labour requirements.
Coordinate employee benefits and support medical insurance administration.
Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and HR matters, providing accurate information and timely follow-up.
Assist with employee engagement programmes, team activities, celebrations, and wellbeing initiatives.
Help develop a connected, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Support internal communications by creating attractive and engaging content using platforms such as Canva.
Assist in producing short videos and reels highlighting team activities, achievements, milestones, and workplace experiences.
Provide support with performance management activities and employee relations matters.
Assist with HR reporting and related administrative requirements.
Handle employee and HR information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR or administrative position.
Experience within the hospitality or service industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage several priorities and tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting and working with people.
Confidence using digital and creative tools, including Canva.
Ability to balance approachability with professionalism, confidentiality, trust, and integrity.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
