Graduate Internship Program
Role Purpose
The Graduate Intern will support day-to-day business operations while gaining practical experience across one of the organization's key functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, or E-Commerce. The internship provides recent graduates with an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional environment, contribute to business projects, and develop technical and professional skills through hands-on learning and mentorship.
Working closely with experienced professionals, the Graduate Intern will participate in departmental projects, support operational activities, and contribute innovative ideas that drive business performance while building a strong foundation for a successful career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Departmental Support
The Graduate Intern provides operational and administrative support within the assigned business function.
Key responsibilities include:
Support daily activities within the assigned department.
Assist in executing departmental projects and initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Maintain accurate records and organize departmental information.

Academic Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Engineering, E-Commerce, or another related field.
Applicants should have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
Strong academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
No prior professional experience is required.
Internship, industrial attachment, volunteer, leadership, or project experience will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of business operations within the chosen field of specialization.
