Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk assistance to staff on standard software and hardware issues.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Support network troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

• Follow up on ICT equipment repairs and maintenance.

• Provide ICT support during meetings, events, and field activities.

• Support ICT security operations, including monitoring threats, enforcing security policies, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Document and escalate unresolved issues to senior ICT staff.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the ICT Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Unix and Windows-based applications and basic networking concepts.

• Experience in networking, PC maintenance, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, desktop operating systems, Cisco routing, switching, and voice technologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
