Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex 4G/5G Core Network and Cloud transformation projects from project initiation and planning through implementation and successful completion for customers within the ICT sector.

• Provide leadership to both local and international project teams, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to quality standards through effective governance and project oversight.

• Define project milestones, monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and implement practical solutions to address risks, issues, and project constraints.

• Proactively assess project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.

• Oversee change management processes by evaluating the impact of proposed changes on project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality objectives, while securing stakeholder approval where necessary.

• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers, business stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.

• Capture, refine, and share lessons learned, best practices, and delivery methodologies to improve efficiency and standardize project execution processes.

• Foster a collaborative team culture by promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, accountability, and continuous professional development among project members.

• Support business growth initiatives by collaborating with sales and commercial teams to identify opportunities and contribute to customer engagement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of six years of experience in Program or Project Management, including direct involvement in Core Network and Cloud solution delivery.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving physical, virtualized, and containerized network functions and infrastructure.

• Practical knowledge of deployment automation, testing automation, and modern software delivery practices.

• Experience supporting business development efforts and working alongside sales teams to pursue and secure new opportunities.

• Strong project governance, planning, monitoring, and control capabilities with a proven ability to deliver projects within established timelines, budgets, and performance targets.

• Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business case preparation.

• Advanced risk assessment and mitigation skills with the ability to manage complex project environments.

• Proven track record of accountability, customer-centric service delivery, collaboration, and proactive problem resolution.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with executives, engineers, software developers, technical support teams, and commercial teams.

• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions and address complex technical and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Technical Expertise

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent internationally recognized project management credential.

• Experience with Packet Core and Communication Service Platform solutions, including technologies such as Dual Mode Core, PCC/PCG, MME, EPG, SAPC, UDM, IMS VoLTE, IoT, and related platforms.

• Proficiency in project collaboration, automation, and workflow management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar enterprise solutions.
