What we would like you to bring

A Bachelor's or First University Degree in Information Technology from a reputable academic institution.

IT-related professional certification is preferred.

2–5 years of experience in an IT role – experience in logistics or transport industries is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft environments (at least 2 years of practical experience in operational, support, or development roles).

Familiarity with networked anti-virus and backup software.

Strong time management skills.

Good organizational abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Flexible working hours.

Ability to travel at short notice.

Problem-solving attitude, team player.

Inquisitive nature, capable of identifying the root problem for users, partners, or stakeholders.

Highly focused with a strong interest in solving problems using existing or new technologies.

Keen attention to detail, with the ability to understand the bigger picture.

Proactive, efficient, user-focused, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with minimal supervision.

Skill to interact effectively with people from different countries, cultures, and clients (both internal and external).
