Job Summary

Match Masters Limited is seeking a hands-on IT Executive to support and manage its Odoo ERP system across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales and accounting functions. The role will also involve troubleshooting daily IT issues, supporting networks and infrastructure, training users, coordinating with external developers and maintaining basic cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Odoo ERP users across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales and finance departments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo ERP functional and basic technical issues.

• Coordinate with ERP consultants and developers on bug fixes, customizations and system upgrades.

• Train users and support departments in improving ERP usage and process compliance.

• Monitor ERP performance, backups and data integrity.

• Support IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs, in coordination with third-party IT support providers.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, printers, email systems and endpoint devices.

• Implement and maintain basic IT security measures, including antivirus, endpoint security, password policies and backup procedures.

• Monitor network performance and respond to system and connectivity issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.

• Coordinate with external vendors on hardware, software, internet and security solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, together with ERP experience.

• Strong experience with Odoo ERP, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

• In-depth familiarity with Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Accounting modules.

• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, Wi-Fi and firewalls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Accounting modules.

• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Certifications in networking or cybersecurity.
