Job Responsibilities:
Offer first-level technical help with problems related to hardware, software, email, printers, and network connections.
Set up, adjust, and fix computers, laptops, mobile devices, and other connected equipment.
Help keep the local area network, wireless connections, Microsoft 365, and other business software running smoothly.
Help manage user accounts and handle password issues.
Keep track of all ICT equipment and software licenses.
Help with antivirus setup, system updates, data backups, and security measures.
Keep records of ICT information and create regular reports about ICT activities.
Help with ICT projects and do any other ICT tasks that are given.
Requirements:
Have a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area.
Have at least two years of experience in ICT support.
Be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.
Understand basic ICT security concepts.
Having professional certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or CCNA is a plus.
