Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Between seven (7) and ten (10) years of professional experience in IT, ERP implementation, ERP administration, or business systems management.
Proven experience leading a minimum of two complete ERP implementation projects, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or distribution sectors.
In-depth understanding of ERP processes related to manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory control, procurement, sales, warehouse operations, costing, and financial management.
Practical experience working with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Odoo, Tally, or other comparable manufacturing ERP platforms.
Strong knowledge of system configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), report development, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks, user access controls, audit logs, cybersecurity practices, backup procedures, and data governance principles will be an added advantage.
Results-oriented, hands-on, and detail-focused, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation and Process Optimization

Manage and oversee all phases of ERP implementation, from requirements gathering and business process analysis to system deployment and stabilization.
Evaluate and map business processes to ensure the ERP system effectively supports manufacturing operations, inventory controls, costing mechanisms, approval workflows, and management reporting needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements that increase operational efficiency and business performance.

System Deployment and User Enablement

Coordinate critical implementation activities, including data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live execution, and post-implementation support.
Facilitate user training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption, optimal system utilization, and continuous improvement across the organization.
