REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or another relevant technology-related discipline.
At least three years of practical experience working within a busy IT environment.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and analytical abilities, with a practical approach to resolving technical challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and user-support skills.
Ability to work independently, organize competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Willingness and ability to travel to field offices when required to provide technical assistance and support.
A committed born-again Christian whose conduct and lifestyle are consistent with Christian values and principles.
Strong personal commitment to integrity, professionalism and Christian values.
Ability to work effectively with people from different cultural, social and educational backgrounds.
Excellent organizational, presentation, communication and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible, with the patience and resilience required to work in changing environments.
Strong team-working abilities, combined with initiative and a willingness to take responsibility.
