Essential Requirements

Candidates must currently reside within the county in which they intend to work.
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills are required.
Previous involvement in research projects, surveys, or field-based assignments is highly desirable.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with diverse community members and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Be a permanent resident of the county where the application is being submitted.
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or another relevant discipline.
Have a minimum of three years' practical experience conducting data collection activities.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) tools, including but not limited to:
- ODK
- SurveyCTO
- Kobo Collect
- Survey To Go
Own and have access to a compatible mobile device (tablet or smartphone) with the following specifications:
- Android operating system version 10 or above
- At least 4GB of RAM
- Display size of 6 inches or larger
Be willing and available to participate in fieldwork assignments over the next three-month period.
Submit a reference or recommendation letter from a former employer, supervisor, or project manager confirming previous work experience.
