Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience gained in a busy commercial law firm or within the banking sector.
Proven experience in litigation management, contract drafting, contract review, and negotiation.
Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the banking industry.
In-depth knowledge of banking operations, securities, and debt recovery laws.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure full institutional adherence.
Ability to manage litigation records, maintain legal documentation systems, and prepare accurate legal reports and contracts.
