Role

As a Senior Logistics Associate, you will be an important part of keeping Tushop’s logistics operations running smoothly—from managing the warehouse to handling the final delivery to customers.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, improving processes, and working with different teams across the company to ensure customers always have a reliable experience.

The kind of person we are looking for:

You should have a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

You should have at least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and/or supply chain management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.

You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when conducting audits and finding the root causes of issues.

You should be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience using functions like QUERY, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and data analysis.

You should be able to work with large datasets, create reports, and automate workflows to help improve operations continuously.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence others, and be a pleasure to work with.

You should be a great planner who is organized and pays close attention to details.

You should have strong leadership and team management abilities.

You should be open to new ideas, creative solutions, and changes in priorities.

You should be highly organized and detail-oriented.

You should be someone who shows integrity and honesty.

You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Previous experience at a startup is a bonus.
