KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and handle the logistics and supply chain activities.

Show leadership and ability to manage people.

Assess and supervise third-party logistics providers and partnerships.

Make sure that deliveries are on time, cost-effective, and meet customer satisfaction.

Have good knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.

Be skilled in managing time, planning, and organization.

Lead and help grow the logistics team.

Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.

Create policies to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Have strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Manage transportation, choose couriers, and negotiate rates.

Be adaptable and able to handle changing business needs effectively.

Control the logistics budget and find cost-saving opportunities.

Work well with others and have good teamwork and collaboration skills.

Track performance using key performance indicators.

Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly preferred.
