Position Overview

OPPO is seeking energetic, driven, and high-potential graduates to participate in its one-year Management Trainee Program. This development-focused initiative is designed to equip participants with practical business experience, professional skills, and leadership capabilities through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job training, and exposure to various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in training sessions, development initiatives, and learning programs designed to enhance professional and leadership competencies.

• Gain practical experience by supporting day-to-day operational activities across different business functions.

• Assist with sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement activities as assigned.

• Work collaboratively with teams from various departments on projects and organizational initiatives.

• Develop critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities through hands-on assignments.

• Complete allocated tasks, projects, and learning objectives within agreed timelines and performance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recent university graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in any academic discipline.

• Applicants should be 28 years of age or younger.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
