Position Overview
OPPO is seeking energetic, driven, and high-potential graduates to participate in its one-year Management Trainee Program. This development-focused initiative is designed to equip participants with practical business experience, professional skills, and leadership capabilities through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job training, and exposure to various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in training sessions, development initiatives, and learning programs designed to enhance professional and leadership competencies.
Gain practical experience by supporting day-to-day operational activities across different business functions.
Assist with sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement activities as assigned.
Work collaboratively with teams from various departments on projects and organizational initiatives.
Develop critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities through hands-on assignments.
Complete allocated tasks, projects, and learning objectives within agreed timelines and performance standards.
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Contribute positively to team objectives while building a strong understanding of the company's operations and business environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recent university graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in any academic discipline.
Applicants should be 28 years of age or younger.
Self-driven, confident, and enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude toward learning and professional development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
