Marketing Executive
Help grow the brand, strengthen its market presence, and turn marketing activity into new commercial opportunities.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can combine digital marketing with hands-on market development. You’ll manage the company’s online presence, support campaigns and events, and work closely with the sales function to build awareness, develop partnerships, and expand into new markets.
What you’ll be doing
Manage the company’s social media channels and keep conversations with the audience active and responsive.
Create marketing content and promotional material that supports product awareness and commercial campaigns.
Keep the company website current, accurate, and engaging.
Assist with marketing campaigns, activations, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and other promotional initiatives.
Research customer trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
Identify potential resellers, dealers, and strategic partners and support their recruitment and onboarding.
Help expand the company’s commercial footprint beyond Nairobi, including markets such as Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and other growth areas.
Work alongside the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives contribute to stronger product visibility and lead generation.
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
What you bring
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience in B2B sales, distribution, channel development, or a related commercial environment.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in building and maintaining professional relationships.
A proactive, commercially minded approach to achieving targets.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow opportunities through to completion.
Compensation
KSh 50,000 – KSh 100,000 per month
Location
Nairobi, with responsibilities involving market expansion and activities in other regions.
