Position Overview

Kitengela International Schools (KISC), part of Enko Education, is seeking a Marketing Intern.

The successful candidate will support marketing and admissions activities by capturing inbound leads, nurturing prospective families, and strengthening KISC's brand presence across digital channels.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing and admissions and involves engaging with prospective families while supporting the school's marketing efforts.

• Deliver on responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Organized Under Pressure

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling WhatsApp inquiries, maintaining content schedules, and managing CRM pipelines.

Tech-Savvy

• Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, AI content tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and CRM platforms.

Excellent Communicator

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

• Proficiency in Kiswahili is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of French is highly desirable given Enko Education’s pan-African network.

Commercially Aware

• Understand the importance of lead management and customer engagement.

• Treat every prospective family interaction as a potential enrolment opportunity.
