Job Summary
The Marketing Officer is in charge of creating and carrying out marketing plans to help promote the company’s products and services, bring in new customers, boost the brand’s image, and support sales.
This role includes doing market research, managing digital marketing efforts, engaging with customers, and organizing promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and carry out marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and boost sales.
- Look for and work on new business chances and potential clients.
- Do market research to learn about customer needs, industry trends, and what competitors are doing.
- Handle the company’s social media accounts and make engaging content.
- Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional events, and marketing projects.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
- Work together with the sales team to generate and follow up on leads.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
- Ensure the company’s brand stays consistent across all marketing channels.
- Help create and manage the marketing budget.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry-related gatherings.
- Do any other marketing tasks that management assigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
