Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Representative to market our property portfolio, attract qualified leads, and assist clients in finding properties that match their requirements. The position covers digital marketing, client engagement, property tours, and collaboration with sales and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote residential and commercial properties through online platforms, social media, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.

• Write accurate and informative property listings and ensure prices, availability, and other details remain current.

• Respond to client enquiries promptly, establish their property needs, and recommend suitable options.

• Organise and conduct property viewings and follow up with potential tenants and buyers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, agents, and referral partners.

• Keep records of enquiries, property viewings, and leads while providing regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, property events, and other sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.

• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign activities.

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to consistently follow up on client enquiries.
